We assist with the preparation of the year-end budget.
Documentation
Maintain & track a resident database in Excel & Word.
Maintain detailed Association accounting with QuickBooks software.
Preparation of bid specifications for HOA lawn care and snow removal contractors.
Collection of all contractors’ general liability certificates.
Address violations to the Protective Covenants.
Prepare documents and file liens/releases.
